'07 Mercedes-Benz R-Class

The 2007 Mercedes-Benz R-Class is all about luxurious interior features. There is room for as many as six passengers, thanks to three rows of seats, with a wealth of leg room between all of them – between the first and second rows, there is thirty four inches of space, and there is thirty inches between the second and third rows.

Furthermore, there is enough room between the second row of seats to walk through the third row, and both sets can be folded to make more room. Drivers have the option of a second row console. As for upholstery, the 2007 Mercedes-Benz R-Class features luxuriant leather inserts in the seats and beautiful maple trim on the doors, the dashboard, and the center console.

Standard features include weather band reception on the radio, a CD player, capabilities for satellite radio and an MP3 player. There is also the option for a flat screen monitors which are built into the back of the front seat head rests.

2007 Mercedes-Benz R-Class

The exterior appearance of the 2007 Mercedes-Benz R-Class is designed to mimic Mercedes’ coupes and sedans. It features a rounded, squat rear end and a fairly long overall profile.

There are options for two different types of sunroofs, one with a standard glass panel and one with a larger, panoramic unit with a glass panel that measures five feet and seven inches. With the panoramic option, the panel moves in such a way that the passengers’ head room is not affective. In addition, roller blinds within the sunroof keep passengers safe from the sun.

Privacy glass and a single-lift tailgate come standard in the 2007 Mercedes-Benz R-Class. It also comes with completely independent suspension, which uses double wishbone suspensions in the front. In the back, the 2007 R-Class features a four-link set up. Also standard is a load-leveling rear air suspension. With this, the driver can choose between three different modes of operation: Normal, Comfort, or Sport.
